Ferrarese is certainly not a dialect for educated and kind people... Or, better to say, we are all very nice and nice but, sometimes, we have idioms and do a little grumpy.

Today’s word allows us to indicate to our interlocutor an object or a person whose name escapes us at that moment without disrespect to anything and no one (at least the idea should be that).
